Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Round Rock

LONG POST...SORRY... I have never been a fan of coffee stands in all my 50ish years. As a matter of fact, I have always made fun of the idea. I also usually wait for multiple visits prior to making reviews, so I'll add that I've been a customer to THIS LOCATION, with a handful of visits to the Georgetown spot, for about a year now. The customer service, attitude and overall experience for me across this past year has made me a loyal customer, and I've brought my wife with me (who liked that other joint A LOT, but my points going towards some free drinks for her has made a difference). I visit this location anywhere from 6 a.m. up to 4 p.m. and regardless of who's working, I've always been impressed by their upbeat attitude and attentive manner. I've seen the bust a long line down in record time, and treat a sole customer at the window like an old friend. Today I swung in after a long, busy day for one of my favorites, and even though the mistake on the order was 100% on me for not specifying the details, the awesome staff didn't hesitate to make what I wanted. You've turned someone who used to roll their eyes at a coffeshop's line into a fan. Your staff at this location deserves credit for their hard work and great...

They made an error on my curbside order when I got to the window they confirmed the order which was incorrect, and I corrected them at that time. The girl laughed it off and said “the iPad is acting up“ but then still handed me the wrong size of coffee. When I asked them to fix it, they had a nasty attitude and started doctoring up the current cup of coffee instead of just trying to remake the correct order. And they just told me that they had charged me for the wrong size. I would’ve gladly paid the difference but instead they gave me a coffee that taste like crap. I will not be back to this location in the morning. On top of making a mistake the staff there this morning were rude. I . I will not be back to this location in the morning.
