Shops of Hall's Way — Local services in Roxboro

We have been a big supporter of the Shops of Hallway, love all the little stores, til this past week. We ordered a Salted Caramel Chocolate cake from the Belles Choses Baking for my wife's birthday, and it was a huge disappointed! It was chocolate, but no caramel whatsoever, with salt sprinkled on top of the frosting and so dry, like it was old, not fresh. She stopped by there today to talk to owner about her cake, and they were packed up, closed, goodbye, empty! We seriously believe the employees pulled this old cake out of their showcase, sprinkled salt on it, and sold it to us for $35! Not sure where they have moved to, but we will not support this...

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. This place is like a mini shopping mall located in downtown (uptown) Roxboro. However unfortunately when we were there to visit, most of the stores were closed.
