Went here on a Saturday night with a couple of friends. Ordered the mushroom ravioli which the menu stated came with a "a creamy pink sauce with pesto". When the order came out the sauce looked like diarrhea on a plate. The sauce was brown with a hint of orange and was also broken. No where did I taste the hint of creamy sweetness that a pink marinara cream sauce is supposed to have, although I did taste a lot of pesto. The ravioli was overcooked and mushy. The mushroom filling was pretty good although it was hard to taste with the abundance of pesto and overwhelming unappetizing look of the sauce that it was drowning in. I called a waitress over and asked her if I had ordered the right thing. She didn't know what it was supposed to look like but took my dish back for me.
The waitress came back to take a different order for me. I then let her know I'd like to not be charged for the ravioli dish since it wasn't as described on the menu. She said she wasn't sure if they could take it off the bill because I had ordered what I ordered. Explained it was described as a pink sauce and that brown mess was definitely not one. Asked to see the menu again, she left and a woman who claimed to be a manager came over instead. The manager proceeded to try and explain to me what a pink sauce was and that it was supposed to be brown 😑.
I explained it wasn't actually a pink sauce and that I wasn't paying for it, but that I would happily pay for the other food I ordered. She said "oh yeah, as long as you're fine with paying for the other food then we of course won't bill you for the ravioli". I never said I wasn't going to pay for my meal to anyone, only that I didn't want to be charged for that mess of ravioli.
They also shorted us on celery with an appetizer that said it came with 8 pieces. We only got 5. It was only $1 so it wasn't worth saying anything.
Not a very good experience. I don't know what team of servers they had working who didn't know the dishes on the menu, what A-team they had cooking that night who thought a pink sauce was supposed to be brown, and the attitude of the manager who came over very argumentative and confrontational was the icing on the cake.
Don't recommend. Maybe this restaurant has other things going for them, but it's not the pasta,...

First, we came in & there was a couple ahead of us & a group of three behind us. No one came to greet us, even though they weren't what I would describe as "slammed". Finally, the hostess saunters her way up, seems confused as to where to sit the couple ahead of us, even though there were plenty of tables open. When she comes back, she's still confused as to where to sit people & asks the group that came in behind us where they wanted to sit. Needless to say, this caused some more confusion between all parties. We are finally sat & while placing the drink orders, our first waitress (we had two for some reason) didn't understand the universal question of "what's on tap?". It takes her several minutes to decipher this question at the bar. She then comes back with the answers, takes the drink orders, disappears for awhile, shows up with my tea, walks away. When I get her attention again & ask for a straw, that seemed to aggravate her. Finally comes back with the straw, doesn't know where the beer is; we give benefit of doubt, she could be under 21 & not allowed to serve it. Nope, she comes back with the beer a few minutes later & sarcastically asks if my husband wants a straw with his beer. Excuse me?! So then the other waitress steps in & takes our order. Disappears w/o giving us our salad bar plates. I really need to re-examine my understanding of the term "salad bar". They DO have two different kinds of greens, but the grape tomatoes were wrinkled, cucumbers wilting. So, I ordered the chicken marsala at my husband's recommendation, as he's had it there before. I've made this dish at home and everyone has there own signature but this was horrible. I have my husband try it to make sure it's not just me & he says it's definitely not what it was when he had it. So I ask to replace it with a chicken parmesan (my husband's order), which seemed to be an inquest. Finally, that new dish comes & is good. Really, the issue here is not so much food as...
Read moreI went a few months ago. This place was recently recommended for me and I can't get over the experience. I'm only giving 2 stars because the waitress I had was very nice and patient with my table of kids. She was very attentive. The only thing that taste good was the mozzarella cheese sticks and sauce. I ordered the chicken parm... the chicken was over cooled and had hard pieces. The plate was hot but the noodles weren't. My meal came with a salad, I wanted my salad to go so I got it at the end of our meal. A salad comes with my meal and while I'm fixing my salad I could over hear the staff making comments about me making my salad as if I had a large pile of food on a plate but it still was not their business if I wanted to. I seen a guy who had a salad piled high that they waved at and smiled as I walked up. As I turned to say something. They walked away! I said something to the waitress and left. This town I don't expect quality food found in gourmet restaurants... I went in with low expectations and that was too high! The food taste like microwaved cooked! The professionalism of the staff, minus the waitress, were so childish and I wouldn't recommend them to cook out side of this place! I understand that food is cooked with for every diet but this place doesn't have any taste in the food. The pizza we ordered taste like cheap greasy pizza... but it doesn't have a taste, if that makes sense. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you're a good ole boy this is your...
