First time was okay, Purchased a Membership, filled out paperwork, went through the wash, got my interior vacuumed. Second time I went, now I had the "Membership Sticker". Waited in line for about 10 minutes to get to the gate only to discover the sticker didn't work. Their "Solution" after I pulled out of line (Made others have to back up) was to have me go back through the line again! I left. Next time, I came by, they did the same thing, "Prove" the sticker didn't work. The young manager (Looks 19) raised the arm to let me go through. Today I went back with a supposed new window sticker and waited in line nearly 15 minutes to get to the gate only to discover this sticker Also doesn't work. They apply the sticker to the windshield. Again, their solution would have been for me to go into the "Booth" line and wait yet again. The next time I go back I will be getting a Full Refund. Their Lines are LONG, and the Service is the SLOWEST I have seen at a Car Wash. Now that I have the "New Sticker" it works well. However, there is something about Wash Factory's System that they won't tell you about and in fact they are extremely sneaky about. When you approach the "reader" and the screen, the computer Voice will come on and "Welcome you" but if you look at the screen there is a Yellow "No Thanks" that pops up in the bottom right hand corner. You must reach out and Touch the screen on this "No Thanks" in order for the Arm to raise so you can proceed. The first issue is that this "No Thanks" is covered partially by a Computer "Coupon" they for additional services they want you to purchase each time you come through, thus the "No Thanks" though all you can see is the "anks" portion of that. Also, why when I am already paying for a monthly package are you still trying to up-sell me each and every time I come through and forcing me to turn it down physically each time? Very Cheesy. Why are you hiding that "No Thanks" button behind a computer Coupon? Also very cheesy. Let you work sell your products. Word of Mouth works SO Much better than your...
Read moreMy side mirror broke in the wash and management keeps denying any fault. I saw the footage and didn't see any "damage" or "gap" they were claiming to see. The "gap" shown isn't the mirror falling off, it is the manufacturer's design to make it more aerodynamic. The passenger side wasn't any different than the driver's side. I went in again with a friend and she also didn't see anything (she was the one who posted a review, so her review isn't false). I showed family and friends the footage and they saw nothing. I even saw my mirror before I drove to the wash and it was fine. I felt dismissed the whole time. Your reply to another review stated I declined to see the footage, but I already saw the footage from that day twice (not to mention, the commenter wasn’t even professional enough to check for typos). I didn’t want to come in and feel ignored again.
Your other reply stated you offered a refund, but that’s not the full story. You never mentioned a refund to me, but quickly changed attitudes when you talked to my Dad. I requested a refund for this month and to cancel my membership, but they said no refund and it's my Dad's card so I couldn't provide the information to cancel it. My Dad let me know that they called him and refunded him easily. Talk about sexism. He even lied to my Dad saying he just couldn't refund it to me because it wasn't my card. They told me no refund at all, yet quickly changed and helped when talking to a man. Just because I am a young female doesn't mean I'm dumb or can’t be taken seriously. Yes, a refund was given. But, it’s going to cost a lot more to fix it when it’s not even my fault. I've seen the footage (and I’ve shown many others who agree with me), stop telling me to look at nothing. I’m tired of arguing with people who won’t listen to their customers and make me...
Read moreUPDATE: The general manager called me back. He insured that he is getting the vacuums fixed. He also let me know that they are taking measures to insure their toels atent leaves streaks on the windows as well as giving staff some additional training with what they should be doing and how they should be doing it. He was very nice and wanting to earn my business back. I'll gove them so.e time to get matters resolved and give them another try. Thanks Cody for the call.
The Roy location used to be my favorite but it seems to be going down hill. The outdoor vacuums don't work. You might get lucky and find one but tonight I tried 4 different stations and none of them had any suction. The employees need training. One swipe across the windshield doesn't cut it. I pull out after being dried to spots and streaks all over my windshield. Towels can't dry multiple vehicles off, need to trade out more often. When you pull up to be hand dried, they are supposed to blow the water out of cracks and crevices. Instead, they blow off the mirrors and windows, the actual glass. Driving down the road and out comes all the water they were supposed to blow out, so much for a clean car. I wonder if this location is going under since the outdoor vacuums haven't worked for several months and they have never fixed them. I'll continue to use other locations. Layton is my favorite now. I have noticed that a man that used to be at the Roy location is now at the Layton location. They do a great job at Layton. Appears he is the manager, not sure but he always does a good job and seems to have a good...
