Very frustrating when you order and PAY for something and don’t get it. I ordered a large cold brew with 2 espresso shots and when I got to my destination and was able to look at it in the light it clearly didn’t have even one espresso shot. I wish I’d checked it in the light before because would have had them re make it if I wasn’t already gone. It seriously tasted like cream with a hint of coffee. You can always see the espresso shots swirling around and kind of settling around the bottom of the cup but the only thing swirling in this cup is a ton of cream. I could have drank milk at home for free. I’m really mad I paid for two espresso shots and didn’t get any. They aren’t cheap to add. Some of these newer baristas really need to learn to pay attention and not rush making the actual product people pay for. I really think I’m just done with this Starbucks. It does me no good that they will remake the drink if I am having to quickly grab a mobile order and can’t sit there in the drive thru and test out every drink’s quality...
Read moreI’ve worked at Starbucks before and I’ve been getting the same drink for years. Venti strawberry açaí refresher light ice light water and no strawberries. The strawberry drink has been changed so much it never tastes the same. I ask for one today with no ice and water because I was going home after the gym and was going to drink it later. Apparently there’s a new rule that I have to pay an extra dollar for the same drink with just more of the base. Which I understand but the lady refused to remove when I asked to just leave room at the top of the drink. It was never a problem before at anyplace. So I ordered the drink normally and they gave me extra ice and water. The drink is not sweet or strong enough when they add all the ice and water to the already mixed base. Read moreUnfortunately his location is very hit and miss. Sometimes they make it correct sometimes not. Sometimes they have nitro, sometimes it’s broken for weeks. Sometimes the app has issues with online ordering and will charge you but then give an error, or you get there to pick up and they are out of what you ordered and can’t refund so you have to go through the whole process of contacting the corporate customer support to get it fixed. The baristas are nice just the functionality of the store on a corporate level (and the terrible layout for the drive through) is frustrating. It’s kind of like playing roulette whether you order will be correct and available when you go here. There is a local coffee shop that’s just across the street that I think will be a better option...
