I saw 5 employees on clock when my family came for dinner. Standing around talking not very busy at all this time of day when I went. They didn’t have certain ingredients fine it happens I get it. But they refuse to take your order saying it’s against policy to take customers orders. I don’t believe that. Then the added charge for ingredients to only get food without it. I brought it to the workers attention they apologized and refunded me but the fact I was charged and they only made it right because I said something is wrong. Refusing to help customers because it’s apparently against policy is a lie. Then going to find a seat almost all the tables were dirty sauces close to empty but the employees are just standing around talking. For how slow it was there should have been clean tables stocked sauces and help with food ordering. The food itself was soggy and hard tacos just fell apart. The prices have gone up as expected with this economy, but the quality of service and food was definitely not worth the $60 it took to feed my family of 4. We would have been better off going to a steakhouse for the same price and better quality. The employees were polite but they didn’t really do much to make it a clean inviting environment. We will no longer be eating Taco Bell at any location after this, mainly due to customers doing the work and bad quality of food for super...
Read moreThe quality here is the absolute worst. Barely any meat is put in the food. We got crunch wraps and there was maybe a tablespoon worth of meat in them and it was all on one side. Just to educate the employees here, you’re supposed to put it in the center and spread outwards. For the price they can put way more meat in it without up charging you for getting extra meat. I think all locations have started using less meat and trying to get you to get extra for an up charge, but this location is way bad with how little they put in there. We ended up getting a refund from the manager, but the employee that we were talking with about it originally was rude and condescending. We showed him this crunch wrap and complained about the lack of meat, to which he responded “there’s meat in there” and pointed to the tiny drop of meat in the corner. This is not how this food item should look. I was so excited about this location opening back in June, but every time I’ve gone the food has been like this. I believe this was our fourth try, it was the first time we’ve asked for a refund, and it will probably...
Read more8pm, stopped in for a sit down, read some tweets on X, and eat some tacos after work. Take a look at this filthy place. I only took one picture because I didn't want to be like some jerk snapping a bunch of pictures. (I was only a small jerk) Oh, trust me, the prep area , just down the aisle from where those two workers were standing, was an absolutely filthy, disgusting, and most assuredly an unsanitary area. (Should have taken a picture of that). I asked the pimple faced kid, what tornado went through the place. "Oh, we just haven't had a chance to sweep up yet." Take a look at all the orders on the screen. Lol, there was ONE. Are you kidding! It's a little out of the way spot at 8 pm. THE owners clearly have no idea what the hell is going on in their brand-new location or do not care. It's been open, like 3-4 months. Eat there at your own risk. PS. After my original post on this experience, I reviewed other posts. My experience is not the exception to this location. Taco Bell, you're not long for...
