I greatly dislike how the changes in promotions are made. I feel it is meant to get a customer accustomed to something only to change it without notice. We buy the coupon book/ calendar at the beginning of the year and have saved money using them. Also if you give them your phone number you can get points which add up to use as credit on your purchases at the store. Lots of variety, with the exception of furniture. Quality over quantity. If you want a cluttered thrift so you can find a needle in a haystack, this isn't the place for you. Things are organized and displayed. I also get the sense that poor quality items are discarded in favor of items in good shape. I don't mind junk!
