I ordered some shirts for our basketball team to celebrate an accomplishment. The shirts ran at least 1.5 sizes too big. When I pulled out the first shirt in the store I realized they ran really big. We were never warned of this. An employee said she noticed the same thing about how large they seemed. There was nothing they were willing to do to remedy the situation and about 25% of the purchase couldn't be used. In this kind of a scenario you rely on a distributor to be an expert, or, at least competent. Instead of being able to celebrate an accomplishment it turned out to be negative. I won't make the same mistake twice.

Extremely not happy with the service and will not return. We purchased 2 youth sweatshirts for our 4-h group. We ordered the clovers in another color not knowing that there was a copyright on it (we should have checked first). They never called to let us know they were done and when my children wore them to 4-h we were told they were illegal to wear. We were also informed that they KNEW this was not ok, but went through with it anyway (they are told every year). Sweatshirts also run small and don't fit my children. They want to charge more than the $70 we spent to fix a mistake that should have been communicated the first time. We took our...
