Hollingsworth Appliance — Local services in Russellville

I just moved to Russellville and we needed to buy a fridge. My boss recommended Hollingsworth and it was the only place in town to get one within 6 weeks. They had limited selection but had a variety of price ranges. but all were in stock and you could get it with no additional fee right then. Their price was slightly higher but they installed it (white glove service) and prioritized us so we would have a fridge. I think in the end without extra fees, the price was comparable to Lowe’s. They service everything they sell. We were so happy we also got our washer/dryer and replaced our dishwasher too. Staff and installation was professional and they communicated well as to delivery. Most of our stuff is new now. But we would shop at them again. I am glad I did not go elsewhere because I now have heard horror stories about brands they sell and service takes...

I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday for an appointment the following Wednesday. Spent 45 mins explaining the issue, texted pictures of the broken pieces, was told they would special order the replacement parts. Wednesday I called to doubled check their arrival time and it all fell apart. My appointment wasn't on the books, no the parts hadn't been ordered, so let's reschedule...name, phone number, address...oh wait...we don't go that far. So I've now waited a whole week more, I'm no closer to getting help they offered, and they won't follow through with the scheduled help. ...
