I am editing this review again, because I modified it when UEC took over and my issue with the bathrooms still hasn't been addressed. Here is part of the previous review: The only complaint I have is the last time I was there (June 2015) the ladies bathroom near theaters 8-11 was still pretty creepy in an abandoned way, like it was when it was still Picwood.
It still looks exactly the same! It's dark, the paint on the stalls is scratched up, and it just has this creepy derelict vibe. But it goes beyond the bathrooms now. The lights that are supposed to be dimmed in theater 7 didn't work when we saw Thor: Ragnarok, and still didn't work when we saw Coco two weeks later. This means that the overhead lights for cleaning stay on until someone turns them off, and you can't see the screen because it's too bright. My son wanted to play the foosball/gumball machine, but there was all kinds of sticky soda syrup in it that looked very old. Yuck.
UEC, I want to help you. I live in a town with no movie theater, and even though the Clarksville theater is closer to me, I still go to Russellville most of the time to see movies. I grew up going to this theater and I want to see it succeed. What do I need to do to make the theater less gross...
Read moreWas down here for work and thought why not see a movie on my day off, all was going well and compared to back home ticket prices were very reasonable, so were the concessions but then almost 15 minutes into the film a group of kids walks in with who i assumed was their father cause none of these kiddos were old enough to see anything over a PG rated movie alone which would have been fine except two of the girls decided to talk and play on their cell phone through almost the entire movie and when i saw talk i mean way louder then a wisper and being that i would have only one chance to see this movie(no more days off work while here) and i knew a few words from me would have set off some kind of dispute over how its their right to talk blah blah so i decided to hold my tongue hoping they would STFU eventually but alas they did not. So to you brats i say stay home of you want to tick tick and giggle instead of watching the movie
To the father or whoever you were as the adult get a damn handle on the kids under your supervision i saw you look in their direction more then once when they got exceptionally loud but you said nothing, be a man and...

I think what impressed me most besides nice young man selling the tickets inside wand his knowledge of what was playing when, was the silence in the theater. I know my friend and I did some whispering during this true story and other people must have been too, but I never heard any noises, just clear film sound. The temperature was also comfortable
More theater choices so more movie choices, more time choices and even more choices at the concession stand. The seats were comfortable. I do like what I believe is stadium seating. I went to a Thur 4:10 pm showing. It is a weird time to go to a movie but it was a perfect fit for me. I was one of only 3 people and they showed the movie anyway. I bought the children's popcorn combo because what's a movie without popcorn. It was the perfect size. I will return even though 45 miles is a long way to go to a movie...
