My brother spoke with Izzy over the phone on Saturday about a custom cooler where we would provide our own Yeti to have it ready in a week for my brothers birthday . He agreed and said to drop it off by the next day that they were open from 10-4. On Sunday I drove 3.5 hours to drop it off, only to be told in person that he would not be able to have my order done in time that he was too busy. That since they prepaid he had to work on their coolers when we said we could pay whenever he needed us to. He also stated he called and texted to notify that he could not do it. There was one phone call, and one text message that was sent AFTER I had already spoken with his wife and told her that i was 45 minutes away. No sympathy or remorse for having me waste my time driving a total of 7 hours there & back after he had agreed to it. Horrible customer service.
