Our stay at High Life was extremely disappointing. Two bedrooms flooded during our trip, which ruined some of our luggage, chargers, and personal belongings. Maintenance did come out and determined that the AC drain was the culprit. Because of this, some families had to leave early or figure out new sleeping arrangements—completely unacceptable for the amount of money this place costs. On top of that, the WiFi never worked the entire stay, and there was even a hole in the glass at the top of the front door when we arrived. For what we paid, we expected a stress-free and enjoyable stay, but instead we dealt with damage, inconvenience, and poor upkeep. I would not recommend this rental to anyone until these issues are actually fixed. I reached out to property management (Lacie Huddleston) with no response. We stayed at Vida Loca!! We absolutely loved this house so spacious and room for all our party!! Even parking was perfect! They have everything you need in a kitchen to be functional!! Pictures on internet don’t do justice , it’s huge and much more beautiful in person… such a beautiful home! Only complaints is pool and trash bins outdoors could’ve been bigger , fridge in the laundry room took forever to cool and house could use a bigger broom and new mop! Absolutely loved out stay at one of their properties. Sarah was so easy to work with and she always responded quickly. She went beyond expected to ensure that we enjoy our stay.
