I called Betts Truck Parts & Service to place an order for an electrical air assembly. I spoke with Glen in the parts department. I was amazed at his professionalism and patience to find exactly what I was looking for. Fast forward two weeks later. My wife went to pick up the electrical air assembly since I was on the road. As my wife was walking in an employee was walking out to go to lunch. My wife asked him if he was Glen and he stated, "yes." My wife told Glen that she was there to pick up the assembly for me. I always buy parts from them, good service. I've returned or exchanged my truck battery without any issue. Why I gave 3 stars is because of alignment. I bought a truck and bring in to do alignment, so they did alignment. I pick up my truck and got my first load. On the way to pick up, stopped at West Sacramento, CA to get a fuel and notice that my cab is little cricked/unleveled. called mechanic that I usually go to and he told me couple places to check... Great place for part. Stay away from Their service department. Brought my Mack to them after they replaced all the bushing bolts that hold my suspensions were hand tightened. When came back for them to redo it and Re-torque it. Their service manager gave me attitude saying their gun is 700pounds per inch no way my bolts came loose within 24 hours. After redoing it and using torque wrench it was not even close to 500 as my suspension recommends. Stay away from service or stand next to them and make sure they tighten every single bolt.
