I have a story to tell about my encounters with the Mattress Outlet. Over the years since 2010, I have purchased 2 mattresses, 1 night stand and my most recent purchase my couch, love seat, chair and ottoman. The couch was on the showroom floor. I fell in love with it! I shopped around (because that's what I do) and found out that no other furniture stores large or small sold this brand. As other store owners and sales people told me, "you have to be pretty high end to have a Flex Steel contract." One popular furniture store was only contracted to sell the recliner chair.

I said all that to say this. I keep returning to Mattress Outlet, because of the customer service, and the one of a kind furniture. Ramesh and his sales people feel like family to me. Even the delivery guys are great! Ramesh made sure I got my beautiful furniture before Thanksgiving. Oh and I bought the love seat, chair and ottoman sight unseen. I will be back, I am sure and they know it. Thanks Ramesh and the crew!

I'd driven by this place a few times and when it came time for me to get a new mattress, I decided to give them a try and I am sure glad I did. I entered the store and told Sanjay exactly what type of mattress I was looking for and it was price range. He immediately showed me all of the mattresses they had that fit my criteria and never tried to upsell me and push me over budget. I found the perfect one and was really hoping to get it delivered within a few hours since I wouldn't be home for a while after that. If you are looking for great customer service with friendly and professional service this is the place to go. No pressure sales and Ron listens to your needs and patiently goes over various mattress options. We were impressed with the large beautiful showroom of mattresses and furniture. We got next morning free delivery and set up and the guys delivering our mattress were on time and made the entire purchase a perfect transaction. ...
