Canteen — Local services in Sacramento

This company lacks customer service on every level. For 3 years now I have complained about the vending machine located at the county building. No changes made thus far. I use the machine when I forget mid morning snack and to treat myself after completing difficult task. Everytime I have to pay twice for an item because it won't dispense or I it won't take my money. I make A report everytime and call. They apologize and do nothing. I would urge all companies to stay away from canteen vending because they don't care about customer service or nourishment of the people. Cost me $6.00 and the items still...

There is a vending machine inside Sierra College (Rocklin location) and I placed my debit card on the reader but i was having trouble and I didn’t get anything. Do not expect a refund if you use their machines and do not get a product. I have been stiffed twice by a machine at Sacramento City College.
