I been going to this store for a while. I buy my halal meat from here. Everything was great until now. The new MANAGEMENT Rafiullah and Ainodin have horrible customer service as well as the rest of the employees, except for the actual owners of the store, their parents and Anees from the meat department. I went on a Friday, did a RIA transfer to Mexico. The employee they have at the register is very slow and looks very lazy. He puts zero effort on his job. I thought the transaction was clear and everything went through. The second day I received a call from my family member from Mexico starting they couldn’t take the money out. I went ahead and contacted the store and the same guy at the register answer. He mentioned he had received a call from RIA notifying him that the transaction in fact was placed on hold. He didn’t not explain further reasons. He placed me on hold for 5 minutes and came back to just say he didn’t know what had happened. He was so confused for the mistake he had made and did not know how to explain himself and was very careless about this whole situation. He then handed the phone to the NEW MANAGER they have. He also seemed confused and careless about my transaction. He mentioned he would take care of the problem on Monday. Then on Monday I receive a call from the same lazy employee stating that he had cancel the transaction because I had mentioned to him to cancel it and to have my money ready. He also mentioned the NEW MANAGER had told him to cancel it as well. At this point I’m very upset, In fact since the beginning I was upset for their lack of care and this whole situation they put me through and my family in Mexico . I knew they would end up doing something like this. Their very irresponsible, it’s disgusting. They can careless if you have a family member going back and forth from one dangerous village to another just so that the money is not ready for pickup and now because it’s canceled. This is my go-to Pakistani/Indian store for halal groceries. There are sales going on pretty much every day. And they have a Fivestars rewards program as well where you accumulate points and in the end, get a few dollars discount. I have found pretty much everything in this store I am looking for. They also have meat discount too as you buy more. And most of the time, this store is empty unlike others. You can get in and out quickly if you have a short list. Employees are helpful. Store is clean, except some of the stuff they have near the meat department, on the left. Looks like they are fixing or making something with that material, or maybe it's of daily use. Anywho, overall, you're not leaving...

Their food is gross.

Ordered biryani. It was not biryani. It did not taste good at all. Like what the heck even is this??? Their consistency is so off. Like order something today and then come back next week, it will taste different. Different quantity , different packaging , etc. As if they are running a testing program.

I don’t know what is wrong with them and their food consistency. Months back I came, it was good but two different times they gave me wrong orders.

The guy at cashier is nice. But the guy who gives you food is arrogant. He has AirPods on and always on the phone. Doesn’t listen.
