I really love this place we haven’t had in yrs but recently before my kids started school I was shopping at DD’S and my bf wanted their pizza. He called in to order and the person who answered the phone kept getting the order wrong, my bf had to repeat himself quite a few times he started getting frustrated. I told him just go next door and order but he said it was packed that’s why he called they still got our order right after telling them a few times. We ordered their Buffalo fry’s I have always loved their Buffalo fries but this time I was very disappointed we had barely any fry’s in the to-go box and there wasn’t any Buffalo sauce on it like they use to before they were always good and had that spicy kick to it. This time it tasted like fry’s with barely any seasoning on them idk if they changed the way they make them now or what but it was very disappointing yes we haven’t been there in yrs but I felt like if it’s advertised as Buffalo fry’s I expect to get that. Read moreI wanted to bring to your attention an issue I recently encountered with the quality of the pizza here. This pizza place is always in my family's pizza rotation between Giovannia/Luigi’s. As a long-time customer, I was disappointed to find that the Extra large pizza and crust were smaller, and the sausage looked either way smaller or different brand than the quality I’m used to from you guys. Additionally, I was not informed of a recent change in policy regarding the free 2-liter soda that comes with pick-up orders. While I understand that customers now have to pay for it if they spend over $15, it would have been helpful to receive prior notice.especially since you leave these advertisements on my door all the time and that change was not on it. I think in these situations you have to handle the right way so that you can maintain and keep your core customers since you been across the street. especially now days you see what happened to Rico pizza down the street closing. Just my advice I think in the future I will probably calm down on getting pizza from here and go back to my other 2 choices until I see a change with your store. Thanks...

I used to eat here weekly, but the last few times there have been issues with the order, and even when they try to correct it, it's not right or good. I'm not sure what's happening, but the raspy girl who put me on hold for 10 minuets, then hung up on me when I called back, and then proceeded to tell me all of a sudden they don't do deliveries after 10, and if fact they're probably closing early because it's not that busy and they only have one driver anyways... I really used to love this place, they had the best pizza, but lately they've been thrown together, under cooked, I feel like the last 4 times I've gone, there's been something wrong. And I'm not picky, and it wasn't even the news it self but the everything about it.
