First time ever trying this place. Upon driving up it stands out because of the neon green color, but it's sort of isolated. They have a ample parking lot and a teaser menu with pics outside. Inside it's very clean and nice, everything is orderly and has a spacious dining area with two LED TV's. A menu right at the counter and also one to take (if needed), prices are very fair and reasonable. (Better than most places in the proximity) I didn't see any condiments bar or a Chip station for that matter, but no big deal. The waitress and chef seemed friendly which is always important (because who likes spending money with rude people). I told my wife, "I'm gonna try them for the first time ever and if it's good food, then I'll be back, if not, I'll never go back again." That's just who I am, straight up honest. Other places have drive thrus, big ol bright advertisement signs and high prices to pay for the overhead. Here, there's just the neon paint and a small sign that says Super (very small) Taqueria.... none of the gimmicks and stuff like that. Now as for the food, it was good, good enough to make me give them another try at earning my business. I ordered a Super Burrito (carne asada) and two tacos (asada) as well. They were for my little girl, but when I got home, she was disappointed to find chile de Ɣrbol on them. So she ended up eating half of the Burrito. All in all, good experience, good food, clean place and reasonable prices. One thing that was missing and they should consider adding (sure they will) is a Square Reader for NFC phones and to swipe cards (sometimes I don't want to carry cash or my wallet). Therefore the 4 stars only, because they only take cash. Be ready to pay with dollars people! Will update once I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a chicken super burrito. There no salsa, I tasted nor saw any crema, very little cheese and only a tiny bit of avocado. The burrito was very dry. When I say no salsa I would have expected to see something that resembled a tomato somewhere. Literally never saw anything like that. Also considering how dry it was I donāt think it was possible it was even a more liquid type salsa. My husband ordered carnitas plate, said the pork did not seem marinated, beans and rice not very flavorful. Only came with 1 lime wedge, Overall very disappointing. I can not understand if people in the hood just have no idea what good food tastes like or what. No idea how they have a high rating and itās not like this is the only place with a high rating around this area that does not deserve it. It was hot when my husband got home, so I guess at least there was that. āThe...
