Had to go through the commonly tedious, irritating process of calling a manufacturer's warranty department since my phone randomly had a speaker problem. Since the problem wasn't my fault and the phone had no obvious damage, it was covered by the one-year warranty. I was surprised when Michael, a store associate, after having gone over all other options, just picked up the phone for me and began to call the warranty department himself. He answered their never-ending line of questions, which always seem like they're aimed at finding any possible evidence that the damage was the customer's fault. He easily skated through it while I patiently waited and watched TV. He said the device was covered and that my like-new device would show up at my house in a couple days.

I tried to reach them for weeks and when I finally did I was told that they didn't feel they should return my messages. Fed up, I finally just called customer service. They are not a corporate store, and clearly don't understand the product they are selling, or they meant to lie to me, but let's give them the benefit of the doubt and say they just really don't understand the product and plans. On my several trips into the store they made snide remarks about other customers behind their backs, not only childish but completely unprofessional. To say they are on the struggle bus would put it lightly. If you really want Verizon service, try going to a corporate store, or just any store where these employees aren't. It will get you a lot farther (and be a lot cheaper)...

I would avoid this location at all costs of that woman is working there. If you don’t like people and hate yourself that much then go work at home and don’t deal with humans.
She completely messed up our business account setup, lied and said that Joe wasn’t capable of setting up business lines. She also said $1000 for trade in and then after everything was setup said it was only $830 trade in. After having to go to the other store, they realized that she set it all up under the wrong plan.
I understand that it’s hard to find good employees, but I recommend hiring a card board cutout of Kim Jong Un as it would have a better presence...
