Since Covid, this Starbucks has gone down in service. The last several times we’ve ordered ahead, our orders are incorrect.
Examples:
A couple months ago, twice, I went in to pick up my mobile order, waited, nothing was there or only part of the order. I asked one of the guys working near the pick up where my order was, he said he didn’t know and it wasn’t his job to check on it.
A few weeks ago on a weekend, we ordered sandwiches, drinks and oatmeal, picked up our bag and drinks and took off on a trip only to find the oatmeal was missing. Next time we were in, they did refund it.
A few days ago, again, ordered ahead, sandwiches and coffee. Got there and the sandwiches weren’t ready. Waited for quite a while and watched people come and go. Then I asked the cashier about my sandwiches, he said he’d check on it and then he went back to the register. He waited until someone came from the back and asked them about the sandwiches.
Today we ordered ahead and even though the coffee was part of the order, I had to ask about the coffee and then explain to them how to make it.
There seems to be some disconnect or lack of responsibility. As in, a mentality that “my job is to heat up the sandwiches” or “I am only running the register” and so when a customer asks for help, they either don’t know what to do or they don’t want to help.

Read moreI have been to this location a few times, and honestly it is not my preferred choice of store mostly because I just don't feel the atmosphere is as welcoming as the Starbucks I usually go to. However, today I went and Christian took my order, and he is literally the first employee I've dealt with at this location who seemed to genuinely be happy to be there and smile and be personable with customers. Heck, the lady in front if my wasn't a simple order, had a bunch of questions, and he was sweet and nice the whole time. So 3-4 stars for this location, but 5 stars for Christian's customer service. I understand it's hard to be peppy and smile all the time working jobs like this, but there are a good number who are at the other Starbucks I go to, and I just hadn't been experiencing it here until him. Read moreI’ve been going here for years but my past two visits have been bad. Recently when I’ve gone the staff working is a female wearing a beanie and a male with orange hair. It’s usually not busy but the female takes all the orders and makes all the drinks, I usually have to wait till every order and every drink is made until I have to remind her that I also ordered food, which they should have given me while I was at the register. Also the other male working, with the orange hair doesn’t help at all, he either is sweeping and cleaning while there’s all these customers needing to be helped, or he makes himself a drink and then goes to some back room.
