I am extremely disappointed in our experience with Erika’s Flowers. We ordered a large beautiful arrangement online for my aunt’s funeral and what was received was pretty, but it was very small, used many cheap (carnation) flowers and was no where close to what we ordered. I called the website we ordered through, told them the arrangement was not what was ordered and was told that the flowers were reordered and redelivered that day. That evening, I called Erika’s Flowers to check on the re-delivery and was told the order was cancelled and I would have to just call the website. I tried to explain that I already had called them and was told it would be corrected and redelivered. The lady was shockingly aggressive and rude and kept cutting me off and said she would not do anything without getting more money. I told her that she fulfilled the order and it was not correct and I just wanted her to deliver what we paid for. She refused to do anything and just kept cutting me off and trying to get me off the phone. I have not been so disrespected by a business like this....ever. It was a tough day dealing with the death of my Aunt and all we wanted was the beautiful flowers we had ordered for her. We never got them. The lady from Ericka’s Flowers told me “Well I guess you will have to call the website and start over or something...”. The whole situation was rude, cold and absurd. When I checked the reviews it looks like they make most local customers happy but the people who order online seem to have lots of issues. Another purchaser of the arrangement left a Facebook review stating their disappointment in this situation and she went to the dishonest lengths to remove the reviews option from her page before I could even leave my honest review. Absurd behavior from a professional business. I am beyond disgusted at how Erika’s Flowers treated my family at a vulnerable time.
Update to your response: ...and thats how helpful you were on the phone. You are still trying cover your mistake and put in on the website when they did not make the mistake - you did and you would not take responsibility at all and you still do not. As I told you then, I did contact the website and they said they issued a reorder to you. Either way, YOU are the one who fulfilled the order incorrectly. We paid the money and did not get the proper arrangement from you. The website does not make the flower arrangements - you do. The website is not in Saginaw where the funeral was - you are. We needed you to make your incorrect delivery right in honor of our loved one and you could have cared less. Disappointed in the fullest in you as a business and a caring human. It was wrong any which way you want to try to shake it. Trying to remove your reviews from your Facebook page to cover up the negative review you forced me to leave is not...
Read moreMy husband ordered what was supposed to be surprise flowers for my first day back to work after maternity leave. He discovered when I came home from work, that I did not receive them. It turns out they were unable to find the address I am located at so instead of making a phone call to find out where I was, they attempted to deliver to our other building 20 minutes away from where I am. Someone talked to the delivery person on their way back from lunch & told them how to get to the address where I was located at. This was around 1 or 2 pm. The flowers arrived AFTER I left work at 4:30pm. So not only were they NOT delivered in the morning but weren't even delivered when I was at work. My husband even paid for morning delivery. A simple phone call to my husband, me (who's cell number was on the card), or my company would have helped them deliver the flowers on time. The third party company rectified the situation but we now know not to go through this florist in the future. Whether or not this was a communication issue between the florist & the third party company, the work was trusted to this florist & they failed. I gave more than 1 star because the flowers were pretty. Even though you can see they apparently thought it was acceptable for a professional florist to leave dead leaves...
Read moreMy husband ordered $150.00 worth of flowers for me on Valentine’s Day (Friday) to be delivered to my place of work. At the end of my work day he let me know he ordered me flowers but I didn’t get them. I called and they said they were still making deliveries but my building closes at 4 so they would not be able to deliver them there. They said they could deliver them to my home but I live in a different city than I work in and they were not willing to travel that far. They were apologetic and said they would deliver them with an upgrade on Monday. In the meantime I found out this same thing happened to my co-worker with the exception that they told her they did deliver flowers when they did not but also promised an upgrade on Monday. My flowers did come on Monday and it was a beautiful huge bouquet with a ballon and plastic heart shaped decoration in it. I made sure it had plenty of water and I sit by a window however when I came into work the next day all of the roses in the bouquet were droopy and on the verge of death. I tried repositioning them but to no avail they are done for. This whole experience has been very disappointing and a waste of money. I tried to be understanding that they were super busy on Valentine’s Day but my flowers should have lasted...
