Im giving the entire UPS a one star at the moment. Friday I had a package that just so happened to be a value of 600 dollars and was never offered this mysterious "extra insurance". Now I paid 52.18 to overnight air this package and from a time frame from 1pm to 7am the next morningmy package which I would like to add was going only a hour and 20 mins away was sent from jacksonville fl. To Louisville, KY. Then back to Jacksonville. Why would they ship a package out of state that was only going a hour and half away? So unfortunately Saturday came and went and no package and no movement on the tracking info. It flew back to jacksonville at 5am and never left according to the tracking. Though for some reason now its under investigation and cannot or hasnt been found yet. All day long I was sure they woulf call and say we have located your package sir. But no all I jave gotten is the run around. Do you know they only cover packages up to a hundred dollars if lost? Wow thats some good news right? Especially seeing as they never even bothered to mention anything about this or asking about the value of the package. The thing that really gets me is I just got this phone through tmobile and haven't even activated it yet. So the insurance says it cant cover it. So my new one plus 6t will entertain some guy wearing brown at the cost of the company for a 100 dollars. I paid dearly for it being shipped and now I'm really paying for it afterwards. And all of this with the holidays right around the corner. How fair is this? Am I alone with this? Should the UPS store that sent this package off without offering this "extra insurance" be liable gor the entire value of this package. I just got the phone from tmobile and have proof of that. I just wamt my phone and i wamt this nightmare to...
Read moreWe had an unexpectedly poor experience last time due to a rude, and condescending employee. We're not ones to complain, but after two days it has festered in my mind, and I'm upset. I choose to go to UPS over USPS due to the friendly people who normally work there, and happily pay a little more just for that. The person they have working there now was insulting and unprofessional, leaving a bad taste in my and my husband's mouth. A word of advice, be nice. You never know who is on the other side of the counter, and likewise coming into your store. You don't know if their mother just died, or cousin just comited suicide and is likely to explode over a small thing. Condescension is unnecessary, especially when a customer is only asking a question. There's no need for a hostile attitude, or to even get defensive over a simple...

Complete waste of my time and terrible...
