One of the best and most rewarding gyms in town. When I was in high-school, by chance, I got involved with Crossfit St. Helens and it was one of the best things that ever happened to me. I didn't know at all what I was doing when I walked in but I was met with enthusiasm, support, and a community of people that are some of the friendliest and most supportive people I've ever known. I guarantee the first class will have you ready to come back and be stronger the next day. You'll learn to do things you never thought you could, and you'll have good people there to cheer you on, and watch you succeed. You'll become stronger physically and mentally, and I highly recommend that you try this gym out. Whether you're a high-school sports athlete, or are 40 and have never been to a gym in your life, the expertise and support of the coaches there will be able to find you a workout that will you make you stronger than the person you were when...
Read moreAs a business owner, prior member when the establishment was a rock climbing gym, and community volunteer: I am extremely disappointed at the operation and lack of professionalism. I was walking in downtown St. Helens on a Sunday afternoon. The door was open. As such, I was curious about the gym. I entered and this woman began to yell at me at the top of her lungs “WE ARE CLOSED!” “WE ARE CLOSED!” I had no idea this was not during regular hours of operation and mind you there were three people inside working out and the door was open. When this was a rock climbing gym, I, the owner, manager and my friends would take youth and community members out on training trips, have after school activities for kids etc.. It’s disappointing to see the gym has fallen to what appears such rude and unprofessional individuals. I know, I would not want my kids around such people with...
Read moreJust try it! If you would have asked me to walk into a CrossFit gym 6 months ago, I would have said no. I’d give all the excuses… it’s intimidating, the people are too fit, I’d stand out, never fit in. Now, ask me that same question today, and I’d tell you that I’m so happy I made the choice to join. Please, take the first step, and walk through those front doors. Show up, that’s all you have to do. The coaches and members are friendly and encouraging. The routines are adaptable for all fitness levels. I’ve never felt judged, only cheered on. I joined at a really low moment in my life, it has been the best form of therapy I could ask for. Everyone comes with their own story and are all there to lift each other up. I highly recommend...
