St. Helens Market Fresh — Local services in Saint Helens

The Deli has Cupcakes made right there. The Icing is better than Safeways!! They're dangerous, though! Way too tasty if you're trying to drop a few pounds!!!

The Deli is great. They have a good variety of many different Foods & other Grocery Items. St. Helens Market Fresh (formerly Red Apple) is my Grocery Store of choice. Most of my Trips get me in & out fast. They call for more Cashiers almost every time there's a Line waiting. And their definition of "Line" is fewer than other places!

Occasionally, though, I do have to go elsewhere since they don't carry everything.

And yet I now know that they carry at least one item I consider a necessity. Diced Canned Beets which I use in my Salads.

Their Deli has more variety than many. Although most of it is refrigerated. They do have a selection of Hot Items every Day...

I normally love shopping at this store, I'd rather stop in at IGA than go to Safeway, but lately the staff seems to have lost the reason they are there! It almost seems like when some are asked for some help they act like the customer is putting them out of their way to maybe do their job?! When there's 5-6 employees and there's no one at the cash register, why open another cash register?? And lying to a customer really isn't helping a customer. If I could, I suggest some basic training and include a little common sense PLEASE! Whomever was the manager on 1/27/24 (evening), I'd strongly recommend either retraining or replacing the individual. Josh was amazing throughout this whole year he helped me out as a grandmother and living out of town with my daughter who is living in St Helens he's provided a couple of free things to her for formula for her baby. Also Josh was an awesome help today so that I could pay with my debit card over the phone and by my daughter a turkey for Thanksgiving because she wasn't able to get one so God bless you red Apple and Josh bless you 10,000 times over thank you very much I'm so satisfied with the customer service every time I come into town and over the phone with Josh it's been a wonderful wonderful experience I hope all of you in St Helens have a wonderful Thanksgiving and Christmas God...
