True to the name!

I've tried the Pork, TBH and Turkey subs. My favorite of the three is Turkey. It's the most balanced in my opinion and left me very satisfied.

The subs are generously sized for the price and the ingredients are very fresh and great quality. Usually lettuce on subs can be hit or miss, but their finely shredded lettuce is soo good! Then you have the pickled veggies which add another level of flavor and crunch in every bite. The cookies are great too!

I had heard good things so I went in and asked them to make me their best turkey sandwich and it was off the charts! Baked goods are fabulous to boot. Personable owners, they are carrying an interesting, upscale selection of goods. Dried pasta, olive oil, capers, burrata (yummmmm), jams etc. Coming soon is a cold and freezer case with a selection of sauces, fresh pastas etc. One of the owners has worked in high end Portland restaurants- they aren’t playing. Great sandwiches! I have tried 2 so far, and loved them both! The BLT and the turkey Sandwich. And love all the plants, its a vibe. And the brownies with the whipped cream and drizzle of olive oil and salt.......
