Mailboxes Northwest — Local services in Saint Helens

I had to return some stuff to Comcast. Since they're no longer in Saint Helens, I decided to ship UPS from Mailboxes NW. I found a Box but didn't have Tape. Took it in and she took care of everything for me.

Every time I drop off a prepaid package at this location, I’m met with rude and unwelcoming service. I don’t need anything special—just to hand over my already-labeled packages—but the staff always seems irritated, as if helping customers is a burden. Today was no different. Rude staff member! looked up a fed ex drop off site to send back some oversized items. When I asked I got nothing but attitude, I said if you don't accept oversize packages that should be on the site when fed ex shows as a drop off location.
