You can tell a good company when things don't go right and how they rectify it. We own a motel and have bought multiple hot water tanks over many years. The last one we got from them lasted 15 years, which for a commercial tank is phenomenal. We ordered a new one in the off season and the manufacturer sent us a residential one that was undersized. I called the store and Brian who had put the order in said he would reorder it for me and get it to us asap. Unfortunately the manufacturer was out of stock and we had to wait another month which now took us into the beginning of our busy season. The tank was shipped to us and we had our plumber and his worker arrive between check out and check in to swap the tanks. The 15 year old tank was still working but we didn't want to rely on it for the entire season. Our plumber with his helper, because of the quick turnover, got the tank swapped just in time before people started checking in. The only problem, the new tank was damaged and was leaking. It was damaged at the manufacturing warehouse and now we had no hot water for half the building checking in. We couldn't wait for another tank, this was a special order, and it would have taken at least a week to get a replacement. So our plumber had to remove the new tank and find any commercial tank from any plumbing supply houses close by in order for us to stay open. Well he did just that. Him and his helper replaced the defective tank with another tank from a different supplier. Brian from fw Webb was very upset over what we were through that he spoke to his manager, Leo, and they were able to get us the Credit for the labor to put the defective tank in. Fw webb didn't make the tank, which really is a very good tank that was accidentally damaged, but they stood behind it even though it wasn't their fault. This is THE BEST place to buy your pluming needs and is cheaper than home depot and lowes with their products. Also their products are not only cheaper but are much much better when it comes to being durable and you definetley get what you pay for and then some....
