important package scheduled for 2 day delivery to be sent to my home address. mailed Friday, supposed to arrive today. spent all day waiting for it, receive email hour and a half after St Johnsbury office Closes (the facility handling the delivery) that driver stopped and no one was home. My grandmother and myself were home all day waiting for the package. when i called for customer service the person said "we can hold it here and you can pick it up". i ask for them to do this. "ok you need to contact the shipper and they provide that info" Contacted company that mailed it, due to package being insured, we have to let them try three times before they will hold at facility for me to pick up. After being told on the phone with the saint Johnsbury site that they could over night ship meat to Texas for a family member and also told they had dry ice available there we took the half hour drive to get it done. Upon arrival the store agent could not provide any dry ice or recommend where to get it then told us they could not guarantee over night shipping and were of absolutely no help we will never use this facility again get your story straight people do better....
