ALDI — Local services in Saint Joseph

I usually have no problems with aldi, I like yall but the customer service sometimes lack..some yall care more about the speed you go than the customer's needs. Be more baby/family friendly, when you see someone with their baby, offer they keep the cart their baby is in, especially if in carseat, to make it easier on the parent. One girl in particular when I was in today, I'm not asking for your opinion about my bags, you clearly see I need to put my baby in her seat, not only didnt offer me to keep my cart but in the middle of me switching my baby to the next cart, you were putting bags in the seat I was trying to put her in..I told you baby needs to sit...so you tossed my bags in the cart letting me know..okay but they will be buried. So you couldn't put them on the side or behind my purse? Was i to put my baby in the grocery area of the cart? Then you deliberately put all the items on top of my bags..idk to prove your point? Learn to read the room and learn some empathy toward parents and those who may struggle getting kids in our the cart or in general struggling. This is not a race..it's not entirely your fault, yall was trained to go fast...customers should be on a higher priority considering how much yall get...

This was my first time. I was not familiar with the layout. I asked a cashier if there was someone who could assist me with the few items I couldn't find. He very rudely said no he's on break. So then I asked when he might be off of break. And he again rudely said it won't be for at least 25 minutes. So then I asked to speak to a manager. The cashier then asked me again very rudely what was I trying to find. I showed him the list and he talked at 90 miles an hour telling me which department each thing would be in. Everybody kept telling me I needed to shop here. I went here and grabbed 1 thing and left. Kind of crowded, and when I don't know where stuff is and it's crowded, I'm out. I went back another time and could wander around without someone all up on my heels with their cart and I actually saved around $20 from what I normally spend. The best buy in the store and it is amazing, they sell the carts for a quarter!! I have like 8 of them and I don't even know what to do with them but I couldn't pass...
