Very helpful and pleasant staff. I am not from town, so I called and requested they could send me a picture of a bouquet for my price range. I picked it up the next day and I was a little bit underwhelmed with the size of bouquet that I receive compared to the picture I was shown.. It was literally 1/3 the size of what I was shown/expecting. The flowers (3 roses and a handful of carnations) also weren't fresh at all. The staff willingly rearranged the flowers for me after I said I will bump my price range to make it look fuller like the picture I was shown. I also showed a picture of a bouquet I bought somewhere else a month ago for the same price, hoping it'll give an idea of my expectations. 15min later, they handed me the exact same bouquet only with more fillers.. A LOT of fillers! The wrapper is also now a clear plastic like $20 ones you get from Walmart tied with a tiny red ribbon. So I basically paid $10 MORE for a downgraded, effortlessly-put bouquet, and a LOT of grass. The staff was pleasant (hence the +1 star).. But...

I ordered a blooming plant which was very nice. The problem came with the delivery. I received a call telling me that I had no idea how bad the weather was in St Joseph (I am from out of state) and since this wasn’t time sensitive could they deliver it the next day. I had checked and there was no snow or ice that morning but I thought perhaps the weather had taken a turn for the worse since they told me it was icy and snowing there. With hesitation I agreed. Wasn’t sure the person would be in town the next day or would have left for their mother’s funeral. I checked later in the day and found out it was clear but very cold with no snow or ice that entire day. I am quite displeased about...

I ordered over the phone, and the you girl who answered was so polite, and very helpful. It took me approximately 3 minutes to place the order, ( because I talk alot) and everything went perfect. I absolutely love the plant I ordered, it is much better looking at in person. Their website is what made me choose them to do the ordering. I found exactly what I was looking for within minutes. I had tried looking at other florist websites and felt like I was going in circles. Plus, everyone else was so much more money. I know exactly where to go to order flowers from now on!!!
