Read moreI personally have been happy with Boost. I didn't appreciate not being explained about the insurance, the 20$ box for my charger. That 20$ box isn't necessary. Your old charger ( unless it an apple) will work perfect. I understand trying to upsell things, but not explaining it, and being slick about it another thing. Also, for any upgrades, just know you'll be paying double. This has nothing to do with the recession, it's corporate greed. Anyways, I need a phone, but the representatives need to truthful!
