Staff seems pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. Staff also tries to gather what all the customer has in mind by asking questions and answering questions in order to determine the best product(s) to suggest/offer specific customers (not everybody is the same!) Prices range but honestly aren't too different than local competitors. Prices aren't listed on their website, though (which is understandable due to inventory and the range of customer preferences/combinations). But I could see how that would potentially drive away business from certain customers. Overall, they have great inventory and staff seem to be knowledgeable. They honestly do not seem to be the type to unnecessarily upsell just to pull in some extra money, so in my opinion, that makes them seem just a little bit more trustworthy. Good people to work with. I have a 2005 Sienna with JBL amp and the original radio. Original started failing. I bought all the pieces of equipment that I thought I would need to replace radio. When I spoke with them, they said I could bring in all my stuff and they'd install it for me for a great price! Once they were done I had some static which I learned came from an inferior piece of tech I had purchased for the van. I paid to have them change the faulty part that I purchased with one of their own pieces and now it sounds great! Bluetooth and Aux input are such a blessing! Thank you guys! Prices are very fair. Bought a wire kit to hook up a sub. Prices are just as good as any big box if not better. Better than O'Riley's hands down in prices. My oldest son is autistic. He has had a obsession with speakers his hole life. I stopped in House of Sound for his birthday and explained to the guy how much he loves speakers. They let him tour the shop and spoke about speaker tech. My son was in heaven. Really awesome thing they did there. By just taking out the time of their day for a kid was a soild thing to do.
