Under new ownership and it has really turned around! The store is a traditional wine and spirits store but there is a level of personal commitment shown by the new owners. They are very friendly and manage the inventory very well, making sure that there is a good selection of beverages. They can handle anything from a six pack for a tailgate party to suggesting wine pairings for a dinner party....

We used to order a keg every two weeks or so from a chain store in Woodbury. We stopped in St. Paul Park Liquors inquiring on their keg price. The chain store was a little cheaper, but you can't beat St. Paul Park Liquors customer service, convenience or their awesome attitude! We flat out refuse to go anywhere else. Best small town...

Seems well maintained. However it's a small store so selection is very limited. I went out of my way to check them out because of the high rating of 4.8, but should be 3.8. honestly I would give them a 3.5 based on my experience, but given the option to give it. 4 or a 3, I have to go with a 3.
