Mik Mart Ice Cream — Restaurant in Saint Paul Park

We wanted a fun way to treat our employees on a hot summer afternoon without breaking the budget. Mik Mart ice cream truck was the perfect choice! Our employees were so excited looking forward to having an old fashioned ice cream truck show up at the office for an hour at lunchtime. I think I can safely say that this made everyone's day! The ice cream was tasty and there was an amazing array of flavors and choices. This was a wonderful all-round fun experience. We will do this again!

Setting up the appointment was easy using their website. Management was responsive when we needed to reach them.

The only slight suggestion I might make to them in the future is that they sent only one college-age person to fill our ice cream orders for the hour that we hired them. We have about 55 employees so it took her the whole hour to get everyone's order taken care of. We had a line of people waiting patiently. Having two employees working in the truck would probably help a lot.

We used a Mik Mart Ice Cream cart for our company picnic. The prices can't be beat and their service was exceptional. I emailed several times and received prompt replies. The cart was delivered right to our picnic site just before the event and we had it for 3 hours and fed about 70 people. It was the perfect treat for a warm summer picnic and could not have been easier to book.

Update: We've been using a Mik Mart Ice Cream cart at our company picnic for 4 years running. Every year it is super simple to book the cart online, we get to choose the types of ice cream we want supplied in the cart, and the cart is always dropped off and picked up promptly.
