I casually asked how the guys day was going and he went on a small rant to me about how his day pretty much sucked, 'his sister isn't in, people are stealing off the racks outside' and more...I tried to lighten the mood with a joke of me bringing bad luck and he responded that I was.. and he was just "keeping it real". 2 minutes later another person walked in asking the same thing, and he said he was fine in a happy tone. My recent experience with their selling and customer service left much to be desired. I brought in a vintage Vikings corduroy hat, valued between $70 to $150, expecting a fair assessment.
