maX it PAWN — Local services in Saint Paul

They robbed me and wasted my time. I thought I bought a brand new Milwaukee trimmer which labeled as new and sealed! I went home and opened the box and the battery was missing ( this was not a tool only item). I went back to let them know. I was accused of stealing the battery and was told to come back the next day to talk to manger. The next day I called first to talk and again was told I could not be trusted. I was told I had no options, have a good day, leave and write your bad review! They had many options to make this right. Apparently I am not the only one who was robbed by this shop after reading other reviews. Check everything before you leave. I never thought of leaving a review online like this but they left...

Not sure where to start but good employers. Yet not sure how this one employee is still working here with rude customer service. I’ve been going to majority of the Max It store locations. But this black girl that acts like a kid and always has an attitude rude the times I’ve try to help she’s on phone. Always mentions her mom that works for the company. Not sure if she’s trying to intimidate me cause of her mom working for the company. This corp company they say they are needs better employee customer services. The less and less I will coming by the way I am a regular always love to spent money but this employee makes me not want to come...

My wife and I visited this weekend and it was lovely! The store was clean and welcoming, everything was super organized, and we had a great time exploring and discovering some of the really interesting and unique items that were in stock.

The staff were friendly, funny, happy to answer my questions, and went out of their way to check their inventory to see if there was a specific type of Ryobi battery in stock.

Everything was priced VERY fairly and I plan on going back on Monday to pick up something that caught my eye while I was there.
