I was very excited to get my services provided by ideal image but after being declined for treatment, it has been a nightmare and taken over 2 months to get my refund. I originally booked an appointment for cool sculpting for a few different areas to get treated. in my initial consultation, the lady I met with analyzed my body to see if I was a good candidate for the treatment and she told me I was the perfect client to get cool sculpting because I only needed minimal "pinch-able" fat to get treated. she booked a couple appointments for me for each of the areas I wanted to get treated and we set up my payment plan. come to my first appointment for my double chin area, the nurse stated I was actually not a good candidate for this treatment. she let me know she would be able to get it refunded/deducted from my payment plan, which they did. i went in for my next treatment a few weeks later, which was for my abdominal area, and again, I was told I was not a good candidate for this treatment. I had then asked them about the other areas I was booked for which they stated I wouldn't be a good candidate for as well. they were able to refund me a portion of my balance for the payment plan, but there was still a portion that was never refunded. These appointments were spread out over a few months and my payment plan with patientfi had already started, but of course because I never even received any treatment, I'm not going to pay for a service I never even received. I had called ideal image customer service multiple times and would be transferred to the local office. Each time I call the local office, they tell me they will have the manager give me a call back, but it is always very hard to get ahold of the manager. It would be weeks where I call into the office asking for the manager, but they tell me the manager is not in the office, or just left the office, then one day I'm told their old manager had actually quit so they were going through changes with managers. one day I also asked if the manager has a direct office phone line that they can provide for me, that way we don't have to keep going back and forth between the front desk people and I can easily get my refund taken care of with the manager, but she told me she can't provide that information to me. I would eventually get ahold of a manager and she lets me know that because I could have been eligible to get another treatment besides from cool sculpting, which was why they never refunded a portion of the balance back for me. I had never even agreed to getting any other services. It had been over a month since I've spoken to the manager, and there has not been any updates. I don't understand how this refund can take almost 2 months just to be processed, as the other refunds were easily taken care of. This also reflects on my credit score as a delinquent account, drastically lowering my credit score, but obviously I'm not going to pay for a service that I was not even able to receive. Had I known that I wasn't going to be qualified to get the cool sculpting treatment, I wouldn't have entered into the contract during my first consultation, but the lady I had spoken to was telling me I was such the perfect candidate for cool sculpting and I was going to love it so much and look so amazing! Obviously never having done a treatment like this before, I didn't think I would be denied for the treatment once I went in. It makes the lady in the consultation sound like she doesn't know what she is talking about, along with just trying to get people into a contract to get our money. Plus the customer service experience with going back and forth, trying to get ahold of a manager over the phone has just been a nightmare. How does this company not even have emails as well?! As someone who was suppose to be provided service as a client, it feels that my needs are being dismissed and not prioritized. I waited two months for my appointment, took extra time off of work, drove over an hour to the salon, got there and waited another hour after my scheduled time to be hooked up to the coolsculpting machine because another customer was using it. I was told about the side effects of my procedure that was not given in my consultation which was a little upsetting because I had never heard this information before. After 15 minutes into my procedure the machine shut off. They explained that this can happen due to the temperature in the room or maybe damaged tissue that I had.. basically the machine didn't like me and I had to stop the procedure and cannot continue any further for at least 24 hours (reschedule the entire appointment) due to safety protocol. Not once was this ever mentioned as a possibility to even happen. I was in tears leaving the salon and super upset about how everything went. I was super uncomfortable with the information given right before the procedure and the machine shutting off as well. I understand this was not anyone's fault but I had not felt right going through with this any further. After taking some time to think about the events that happened I no longer wanted to go through with the procedure and decided to reach out. I recieved a call weeks after I let the salon know what happened and spoke with a gal (later found out it was the lady who did my consultation) I tried explaining what happened, in tears again, on the phone the employee I spoke with was very snotty and had no compassion whatsoever. She stated this was all in the contract I signed, continued to interrupt me, argue and had nothing to say but "I don't know what to tell you" and eventually hung up on me. It almost appears to me as if she was covering her own tracks because SHE was the one who left out the important details. During a consultation information like this should be talked about and the service provider should go through the contract sufficiently so the customer can be fully aware of what they are getting into. ESPECIALLY the main 3 side effects to the procedure because that would of made a difference in my decision to go through with it or not. We even talked about side effects/aftermath of the procedure and she failed to mention these 3 big main issues that can occur. I feel as if I was tricked. I had to let the woman know multiple times after my consultation that I needed a minute to think about it because she was jumping down my throat to get me to pay for it right, then and there. Even more so after that conversation I really did not want to get this treatment done. They said the only way I could get my money back is if I come back and try the procedure again and it doesn't work than they could file a claim. I honestly feel like contacting the BBB about this issue and how she didn't provide information to me that 100% should of been told to me during the consultation. 9/20/2022. I got a text from ideal image stating that there was a costumer appreciation going on and 10% off so I called ideal image to make an appointment, so I made an appointment for Botox and filler: but I wanted to use my ALLÄ’ points and I also told her I only had cash but I could pay when I got to the appointment and she said that typically you have to pay before so the lady said she would call me back about that. I never got a call back: so I called again a day later and made another appointment for a Botox and filler appointment but the lady only made the appointment for the Botox and said it would be a 30 min appointment :I asked her why it work only be a 30 min appointment if I was getting Botox and filler and she said that she would get it figured out, so the day of my appointment I get a call from ideal image stating they had to cancel my appointment because of an emergency with the nurse: so I rescheduled for another day; I went to my appointment and they said it was only a 30 min Botox appointment. I explained that I drove all the way out there and I had scheduled a Botox and filler appointment l; there was nothing they could do so all I was able to do today as the botox: when the lady charged my card they had on file she did not give me the 10% off like the text that i originally saw that made me call to make an appointment in the first place. i then went ti the front desk to schedule my next appointment and she told me that i had a $75 off coupon for botox. i then asked her why she did not tell me that i had that coupon before i was charged for the botox that i got today!! and she said she cant change it and refund it but she was going to call somebody to try to figure something out. she said she would call me to tell mr what she figured out about trying to reimburse me , but i never got a call!!! so i missed out on 10% off and $75 off !!!! and didn't get my fillers today either and have to come back again
