I walk in for my appointment and ask if Dennis is there, and the only barber who is there tells me he will be here in a minute and take a seat. Just very curt like and not at all polite or inviting. So I took the seat then waited 40 minutes for Dennis to show up and he didn't so I just left. The lack of respect for another person's time and the ethos of this barber shop is just plain unprofessional. You think I'm going to bend over backward to give you my money. No, sir. I'll find another shop that actually values its customers and knows that we are the reason you will become successful or not. I travel very far, just to get to this shop, to be taken care of like a paying customer should. Privilege is a very, very professional, warm welcoming and relaxing place to go to be pampered and treated like royalty. Please go show all of them barbers some love, and be sure to tip them if you're able, they all deserve it. Please save a window for me with Samdaman though.
