I bought a $30 RAZ disposable ecig on my way to Bartow last week. I bought it from ZAZA Smoke Shop in Gulfport. When I vape on it I I get a straight cotton hit no flavor, which burns your throat bad. So I got back yesterday. I brought it back to ZaZas today because it wasn't working. A dry cotton hit burns your throat bad and taste disgusting.The guy behind the counter said "you dropped it in water." Which I didn't. I told him that's not what happened. If water got to it the screen wouldn't come on and you couldn't vape on it. He then called the owner and lied to the owner saying that I dropped it in liquid. They refuse to replace it. Horrible customer service. I've been going here for a while. I will not be going back. Avoid unless you like to throw money away. They don't replace their defective products and blame you, cause there's no way it could be defective. Makes me think counterfeit products. Not to mention the parking lot is always empty. Lol now I know why. Make sure to read the bad reviews. It's there for a reason.

First, I thought this placed was closed, due to the fact I have driven past many times and the parking lot is always empty. Well, because of the storm I had to stop there today....I completely understand why this place is always EMPTY. Product I buy at any other place cost from $3.36-$4.23...this was $7.75!!!!! Plus the quality was horrible, like old or expired. Would NOT support this business. Too many better smoke shops with polite and fun employees to waste your money here, and waste is exactly would you do. I paid all that money and ended up...

I use to go to a smoke shop in Tampa because I thought it was convenient for me since I work in Tampa but the service is always bad. So I start going to the one by my house. The worker in there by name of Ely is always helpful and friendly even when I can’t make up my mind on which favor vape I want.
