Heavenly Donuts Sweets & Eats — Restaurant in Saint Petersburg

I am so happy we found Heavenly Donuts! I love breakfast; to me it's the best meal of the day. My husband and I stopped in on Saturday morning and we liked it so much we went back on Sunday. During our visits, our servers were Penelope and Danielle respectively. They offered up friendly and helpful service. We met the owners, Misty and Morgan, so we could 'compliment the chef.'

I am always in search of a good sausage gravy and I've found it here. Not only is the gravy something to rave about, but the hash browns were so perfectly seasoned they needed no help. My husband isn't a big fan of breakfast foods, but he loves me so he usually finds something to order when we have breakfast out. At Heavenly Donuts, Penelope checked and they were kind enough to let him order something off the lunch menu. So accommodating! He went with the grilled chicken sandwich and she brought a couple homemade sauces for him to try; make sure you try the maple Dijon.

Once we were sufficiently full, and at that time should have run for the door, I decided you couldn't come to a place called Heavenly Donuts without trying a donut. I was going to take it home, but it did not make it that far. I went with the maple bacon and my husband had a s'mores donut. Delicious!

Please come try them out when you get the chance. If the parking spaces in the front of the building are filled up, there is plenty of parking around the back. They serve dinner Fridays through Sundays so that will be our next trip into Heavenly Donuts. I'm hearing really good things about the jambalaya and based on our experiences thus far, I'm sure it will...

Heavenly Donuts in Gulfport lives up to its name and then some. These are easily some of the best donuts I’ve ever had—no exaggeration.

They’re the perfect contradiction: light and fluffy, yet rich and flavorful. Somehow, they manage to be indulgent without feeling heavy or greasy. It's like eating something sinful... that’s already been forgiven. Maybe that’s what makes them heavenly! 😇

The customer service is just as sweet as the treats. Everyone behind the counter has a smile on their face and makes you feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to find a place that nails both quality and kindness.

And while the décor is adorable and Instagram-worthy, it honestly pales in comparison to the star of the show—those divine donuts.

If you're anywhere near Gulfport, do yourself a favor and stop in. Your taste buds...

This place is a hidden GEM. If you enjoy doughnuts then you need to check this place out because the pastries are insanely good. ALL of them. The shrimp chowder was fanominal, to put it mildly. The fried shrimp had the tails removed (which i feel like NO ONE does) and the Remy sauce was to die for... so was the honey mustard. They make their sauces from scratch. The chicken fingers and tots were better than any fried chicken place around. If you're thinking about getting them at publix... don't. You will get twice as much here for under $20 with not one, but two sides. The staff is incredible. The chef delivered our food. It was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time.
