Pointe Basse Plaza — Local services in Sainte Genevieve

This plaza gets five stars because: Parking lot-clean, well lit, decent size for amount of businesses, and plenty of cart holders Country Mart-grocery store has literally everything: deli(plenty of fresh cooked fried chicken and daily specials), nice selection of sides, and a nice size selection of deli meat, bakery, huge fresh meat section, seafood, and a liquor selection. Something for everyone. China king- good Chinese food Dollar Tree- very good size Domino's Tractor Supply- clothing, animal food and more, welding items and tools, so much more in this store.

As you can see there is a lot in this plaza for a smaller town. This is a one stop place when visiting and needing something. There is a pharmacy in the grocery store and a CVS right down the road 1/4 of a mile. Every store was clean, people were friendly...

Only place to shop for groceries with the same old menu, week after week. Tractor Supply Store in rural areas replacing the same place that occupied the building before. it’s nice if looking for farmer’s stuff or cowgirl outfits, etc. they usually stick a Tractor supply in lieu of better grocery stores, such as Aldie’s, cuz you only find Save-A-Lot and Dollar General And Country Market in populations less than 5,000. Homemade salads missing diversity, no competition so the majority I know go to Costco to stock up, and Walmart and shop past Festus for clothing, etc. if Ste. Gen doesn’t want extra revenue and keep taxing people out of town, then keep on...

Have made many visits. Soup, sandwiches, salads, and deserts are available. My fav is the turkey avacado sandwich with one of the salads, though this last time I changed it up to the roasted red pepper tomato soup (Yum). And always get the white coconut cake. But no matter what you get there, the food is delicious. Outdoor seating in the summer.
