I was deceived by the photos. The photos looked like they were in paint cans, and the bouquets looked much larger than they actually are. In defense of Connie's, the desc did read 'approx 11"x11" '. And Connie's did deliver exactly what was described. The flowers are fresh and beautiful. However, I was enamored with the pics, and paying $50 for larger bouquets in the past, I made an incorrect presumption. I did not read the description, and that is my fault. Therefore, my complaint is based on the complete lack of value. I have had much better bouquets by simply buying 2-3 $20 bundles at local grocery stores and having the attendant help me arrange them. At ~$98 for the both of them, with delivery included, I could have gotten 2-3 dozen good looking long-stem roses, with the little white flowers, for $20-$30 more. I was wanting to support a local small business, but I am afraid I don't want to recommend Connie's Buy the Bunch...

Ordered approximately 10 days before Valentine's day for a delivery on Valentine's day. Got confirmation, ensured that it was in fact from Connie's by the bunch and not another florist as they uses the FTD service. Came Valentine's day and received a disappointing text from my Wife near the end of the day saying she wish she got flowers. Called the florist and asked about the status and the girl on the other end said they were being still being delivered and would call me with an update. About 2 hours later they called me, I didn't get a chance to answer, tried calling back and the line was on night mode (closed for the evening). We went with Connie for my wedding and she was beyond amazing! She is sweet and so incredibly easy to work with. I was able to tell her and kind of show her what I had envisioned for my wedding and she went above and beyond. I was unsure what all I needed and she was always helping. Even giving me ideas and help to decorate my venue and my bouquets. The day of was such a breeze! She brought everything for me and was setting the flowers up!
