Family & I did the ā€œBuild-A-Barā€ experience at $20 per person : It was advertised as building your own bar, but what it really is—is handing a card over to someone with a choice of up to 5 toppings to go onto the chocolate mould, the mould with toppings is then ran under molten chocolate on a conveyor belt. It’s neat to watch, but not really what we were expecting. The advertising makes it sound like more of a hands on experience. You don’t build anything, it’s the equivalent to ordering an ice cream cone at Coldstone—you get to watch someone else make and assemble it then they hand you the finished product. However it was, very, very busy, but still had a decent flow and staff members were attentive directing people through. I can see why the hands on experience wasn’t possible with how many people they were booking at one time, and also the average age of the participants was probably 8-10. I’m not vegan, and neither is my family, I can say the chocolate is really good, same with their peanut butter cups, quite good. I definitely recommend just visiting the shop, and trying it out. Their prices are very fair, they’re an ethical company which is rare and really cool, especially when it comes to the cocoa industry. But as far as the build a bar experience, I’m not likely to do it again. Store: 5/5 Customer service: 5/5 Chocolate: 5/5 Build A Bar 3/5

It's a chocolate factory experience right here in sunny salem oregon, and we've all got a golden ticket! This is the best vegan chocolate I have ever had, bar none. They vastly outperform others with their delicious milk chocolate taste, wide range of creative and delicious flavors, amazing drinking chocolate bar, and great customer service, not to mention their well-decorated and inviting interior.

I reached out after a typical post-Covid email for more reasons to increase already high prices/shared my viewpoint and asked for a custom order to have the cinnamon bears hotter… I was willing to pay the higher prices for quality but the emotional incompetence and treatment of a previous customer was disappointing. Sounds like more accountability needed instead of pretentious rhetoric.

My husband told me about Chomp and in a short while we have already ordered 3 times. We absolutely LOVE the nutpacks, they are our favorites. We are constantly searching for great Vegan substitutes for our old favorite goodies, and no one else has come close to the taste and quality of Chomp. Beyond the incredible quality, service & product, the packaging is so amazing. I’m a texture person, and I just love the fun, bright packaging. To go one step further, we receive the cutest emails sharing the Chomp journey. I typically don’t like extra emails and am an avid unsubscribeRRR, but because of how fun these emails are, I read every last word. I love stories behind companies… this is the best way to market. It’s not just pushy emails, but they take the time out to share the journey which I adore ā™„ļø Lastly, the customer service is impeccable. Thank you for providing service that’s just as incredible as the product. We are lifelong...

We tried Chomp Chocolate right when they opened (during the middle of a pandemic of all times), and were blown away by the Nutpucks specifically. No other peanut butter cups, vegan or not, even come close to these. It feels so great to support not only a local small business, but one that also supports your own values. They ethically source their cacao beans and are very upfront and transparent about the entire bean to bar process. They’re a small team, and constantly release new and tasty things to satisfy your sweet tooth. I always look forward to their seasonal releases of new bars! Their marketing is also very creative, from regular emails to the naming of new bars. I have to give pun credit...
