I have a S23 Ultra and I dropped my phone outside a few days ago and cracked my screen really bad, I swung by this store in the Salem NH Walmart, and Jordan was very attentive. He provided insight on the options, process and pricing. I put my phone in maintence repair, and left him my phone to compete the repair. I walked around the store. He was done in less than 40 mins. At first I did not have a very good experience with the repair they did to my iPhone, when I complained about the problems I noticed, they told me to use it for a few days and if the problem continued they would help me solve it with the warranty, I went back and they did not want to validate the warranty claiming that the screen had a dent, which was not true and what the screen had was related to the installation defect they did initially, after talking for a couple of minutes they validated the warranty and THIS SECOND TIME IT WAS PERFECT, just as it worked originally. These guys are the definition of Honesty and Integrity. He didn't even ask about my personal information. He showed me the work done and finished in 30 to 45 mins. Ironically his name was Rush 🤣🤣🤣.
