First, their menu is set up to purposely trip people up. This isn’t a store issue, more of a company complaint; HOWEVER, it’s a confusing set up and when you visit this store in particular, when you state you want a specific number, they argue you with you on your order and what’s including. It’s like they don’t know their own menu or what they’re serving. For example, I ordered a #10, an all American club, which has ham, turkey, and bacon. The owner argued with me and insisted that I was asking for number 11 simply because I stated it was the “club”…even though #11 also had roast beef on it and the sandwich I wanted does not. Not a big deal whatsoever but seems a bit abrasive to argue with your customers when your menu has multiple items named similarly but with subtle differences. Which brings me to my second point, the owner is incredibly skimpy when it comes to meat and cheese and don’t you dare mention that you paid for double of either and only got a single helping…because the owner will fight you over it. I’ve seen the owner threaten a customer over a slice of cheese, he takes his stinginess that seriously lmao they even have a metal door to block customers from seeing them building your sandwich until it gets down to the veggies (probably because people were complaining about the lack of double meat and cheese). Additionally, the Hispanic lady that everyone else is complaining about in these review is also incredibly rude to customers and refuses to acknowledge any of the modifications that you’d like to make to your order. If you ordered a #12, you’re getting a #12 as it appears on the board. She doesn’t care if you want lettuce, you’re getting spinach because #12 comes with spinach. You want chipotle ranch instead of mayo? You’re now getting both, enjoy your soggy bread. The amount of veggies they put in comparison to the sauces is laughable, but if I continued to rattle off complaints, I’d be here all afternoon. Just save yourself the headache and buy the ingredients next door to make the...

Read moreI got two footlongs and wanted to use my 12.99 coupon...tell me why the worker there (she was an elderly hispanic lady) refused to give me the subs for 12.99.....she scanned the coupon, then decided to charge me $2 extra for mozzarella cheese just because it was fresh ( I went there at 7 pm lol) as well as another extra $2 for "extra" provolone cheese when she barely put any on in the first place. When it came time to scan the coupon, she didnt even wanna give it to me in the first place because she said the coupon was already scanned (I scanned it IN FRONT OF HER by accident before she rang up the subs) so idk why she was acting all confused. SO then she proceeds to scan the coupon then adds all the extra charges....whats the frickin point of me coming into use my coupon when im gonna end up paying original price anyways?...teach your staff how coupons work lol its embarrassing also maybe tell them to not makeup extra charges...
