Jay's smoke shop — Local services in Salem

So everytime I go in the Salem store it smells like incense in the entire store and it's very strong to the point it now makes me not wanna shop there .. all of their products stink of it when u purchase something from the bongs to the papers and when u tell worker too let the owner know this is not ok he takes it offensively as if in insulting him .. look in the customer and if the customer is saying hey this is what's going on u may wanna fix the problem I know I'm not the only one to have said something .. it's so disgusting to purchase a bong and papers having them smell and taste like that .. it's not ok and that's a hazard to my health .. so until this is addressed I won't b shopping there no more .. really nice shop to. Prices are good but to have too deal with that is not ok especially when u spend $80 + on an item ..... Excuse u no one has ever once asked them to post anything about a cannabis menu .. I've asked them about CBD .. and just like the manager showed me his CBD plants so come again ... I've also talked to them about cannabis absolutely it's legal and I have every right to talk about what I want .. u don't like the fact that there's an issue oh well ... Fix the problem a store shouldn't smell like that making its products smell like that little...

The humble exterior of this establishment conceals a stunning display of well organized high-quality products on the interior. The main area consists of pipes, bongs, and other smoking related items, in a wide variety of shapes and styles. In the back is a dedicated environmentally controlled cigar room. It’s jaw dropping. In the center are the featured cigars, some in brightly gleaming gold boxes. On the walls are the main line of cigars, meticulously organized by brand. They had the ones I was looking for.

Kevin, the associate on duty, was beyond helpful, and gave me some good suggestions and descriptions of other cigars I might like. He was exceptionally friendly and good at his job.

Overall, I can’t think of a better cigar store I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot of them. It’s simply an outstanding place, and doesn’t get the business it deserves because it isn’t very ostentatious from the outside, and is constrained by government...

First time coming to the shop was planning on just to look around as i just moved to the area. Came in and Kevin was amazing. I had a unless amount of questions on bowls and rigs and products that most people I’ve asked who work at other shops didn’t have the answer for or just didn’t wanna take the time to explain and have the conversation. Kevin let me look and touch so many bongs and really feel like I was learning more. Walked out spending $300 and I feel like everything was worth it and got way more than I thought I needed. And will definitely be return for...
