This review isn’t for the sales store itself they were very knowledgeable and helpful… this is for the installation side which is Watson construction who they use to install… flooring started separating and the track pieces that separate the rooms have the nail heads coming through and all of this started happening within 3 months after installing… I called and they said they put it in the system and about a month later we called back and they said nothing was in their system so heather actually had everything taken care of and had an appointment set up for someone to come out to our house between 8-10am on 12/17/2021 and repair the floors but nobody showed up, called or call us back after taking off from work to wait around on them all day for nothing! At this point I feel like someone is beating around the bush until the warranty runs out so it’s no longer their problem. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend their installation...

Ordered through the online phone number and ended up have a completely crapfest fiasco! Luckily, Matt, Renowned Gifter of Fantastical Flooring Wish Books, was able to address the mishap and Curtis, Master Maker of Wrongs Right Again, took exceptional care of me. While it was a frustrating experience, these guys handled everything professionally and with the best customer service I've seen in quite some time. Many valuable lesson were learned. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and commend their marketing efforts. Also, regardless of what type of flooring you choose, don't forget the waterproof trash bag layer. Lastly, even if one is already attached, a thicker squishy layer is always recommended! Thanks for going above...

Placed a phone order for a product that I had previously purchased. (I had ordered oak & maple flooring 5 years ago). Said I wanted the maple. Was told it was in stock. Walked into the store and said I’m here to pick up my maple The young lady that I talked to on the phone checked me out. I told her the price was too low. She assured me it was correct. Then they started loading up oak. Argued with me that I had previously bought oak. There was no maple in stock. 2 1/2hours & an evening wasted because she wasn’t listening.
