The Computer Works — Local services in Salem

I have been a client of The Computer works for many years now. My computer crashed on a Saturday morning several years ago and I called Computer Works to see if they could help me. Ed came to my office, assessed the issue and took my hard drive back to his shop. He said to come by his shop around 2 pm. By the time I got there, he had retrieved all my data and cleaned the viruses off my computer. He later installed a back up so that I would never lose my data again. Since then, I have joined their service plan and I have them maintain all my computers. As a part of the service plan, Anita or Ed come by to update each computer, check for viruses and do any maintenance required. I value their expertise, integrity and honesty. Awesome people.

They have great customer service, my computer was running slow the hard drive was causing the problem, they put a new hard drive in, and the computer is running like new. The computer works has a Service Plan and with the plan come classes and free service with the plan. There are many others on the service plan and a wonderful people to meet and to make new friends.
