I have been hesitant to leave this review but I have reached out on three different occasions to the owner with no response.
I bought a King mattress set from this location in September and the set I had purchased had a giant hole in when they went to remove it from their trailer parked outside. The salesman then talked me into their memory foam king set that was suppose to be just as good but cheaper, I have had nothing but issues out of this set since I bought it and my wife and I wake up every morning feeling extremely sore . I have reached out to see if they would do anything to help out towards exchanging it out but was told all sales are final. I was also told they would be happy to sale me another king set but once again all sales are final and they won’t stand behind their product .I asked to speak with the owner and was told he would return my call three different times but haven’t received a call from anyone. Read moreUpdate: I’ve changed from 1 star to 3. We were contacted after filing a complaint and the issue has been resolved to our satisfaction. Be cautious on your purchases as all sales are final but you don’t know that until you’ve paid and look at the back of your receipt. Tested out mattresses on the showroom floor and thought we had found the perfect choice. Fast forward two weeks and chronic back and body aches. This mattress is not even close to the one on the showroom floor; hard as a slab of concrete. My husband returned to the store today and spoke to Rick who sold us the mattress. He informed us that all sales were final. Why isn’t this disclosed before taking someone’s money; very deceitful. When questioned on posted policy and how is the consumer informed, he said there was no policy posted or on sales paperwork. And to add more insult, he had the audacity to try and sell us a mattress topper. The store is misleading and we will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs as well as our credit card company. Read moreI went in on a Wednesday, purchased a twin set of bedding with a frame. The store manager was very nice and gave me a good deal on the set I wanted. I was told the soonest it could be delivered would be the following day between 5-7 p.m. which was fine. I waited and waited. Received no phone call or the delivery. I contacted the store the next day and was told they delivered up until 10 p.m. and couldn't do any deliveries after that time. I was then told it would be delivered that day between 5-6 p.m. Again, I waited and waited. Around 8 p.m. I received a call saying they were on their way. 10 p.m. rolled around and still no sign of them. At around 10:38 they arrived and brought in the bedding and frame. I assumed they would put the frame together. I looked outside and they had already driven off. I realize things happen and can't be avoided but the unprofessionalism of not even offering a phone call speaks volumes.
