I'm very disappointed in my experience with Fast Signs Salem. I had decided not to leave a poor review. However, after expressing my concerns directly to the owner, who also showed no concern with our poor experience, I felt the need to warn others who may be fooled by "Fast" in the name. After weeks of reaching out for an update, our order arrived without warning, later than promised, and the incorrect size. I was told both by sales and now management that "the sign permit was sent to Salem City the day I approved the design," but I personally confirmed with Salem City that the permit was truly mailed to them 2-1/2 weeks later. FASTSIGNS of Salem Va did an excellent job with my banner. Shea helped me with my color and photo. She gave me good advice on how a photo would catch the eye of people. When I received my banner, I was thrilled. I chose a cream background with a burgundy print, font style was slightly italic and the photo really did a great job of showing what I do in stained glass. A mistake was made in the type of material used to make our Church's car door clings, and they would not adhere properly.
